    Description
    Sloclap est un studio de jeux indépendant créé à Paris en 2015.
    L'équipe est composée d'environ 100 personnes de divers horizons et tout corps de métier dans le 12eme arrondissement de Paris.
    Nous avons déjà réalisé deux projets : Absolver et Sifu Notre prochain projet est en cours de production.
    Notre domaine d'expertise sur nos projets sont les systèmes d'animation, les gameplay d'action à la troisième personne, et les jeux en réseau/online.
    DESCRIPTION DU POSTE
    Nous sommes à la recherche d'un.e Concept Artist pour notre prochain projet. Vous serez sous la supervision du Directeur Artistique.
    L'équipe dans laquelle vous évoluerez est composée de 3 personnes de tous niveaux de séniorité. Vous interagirez principalement avecles équipes Artistiques et Level Design.

    Vos responsabilités principales seront :
    ~ Etre en charge des recherches visuelles et créer des moodboards en lien avec vos chantiers concept.

    ~ Création de sketchs et concepts art aboutis au designs forts et originaux pour la production d'un jeu à la direction artistique stylisée et colorée. Incluant des personnages, des environnements, des bestiaires et des props.

    ~ Création d'images clés permettant de donner une vision claire de ce à quoi ressemblera le jeu.

    ~ Communiquer et alimenter efficacement les intentions visuelles avec l'équipe artistique et le reste de l'équipe de production.

    ~ Tenir compte des intentions du directeur artistique ainsi que des contraintes techniques et de production pour proposer des concepts/illustrations de grande qualité.

    ~ Apporter du support pour la création d'assets graphiques marketing lors de la communication sur le projet.

    PROFIL RECHERCHÉ
    Nous recherchons les compétences suivantes :

    Maîtrise des fondamentaux en art : composition, anatomie, perspective, lumière, couleurs...
    Proposer des designs forts, cohérents, fonctionnels, originaux.
    Générer de nombreuses itérations autour d'une même idée.
    Produire des sketchs rapides pour communiquer ses idées.
    Créer des images finies qualitatives à partir de ses sketchs initiaux.
    Capacité à faire des paintovers à partir d'images 3D.
    Une culture générale développée et une grande curiosité.
    Une bonne capacité de communication
    Un fort intérêt pour les jeux vidéo
    Un fort intérêt pour les direction artistiques stylisées
    Les compétences suivantes sont appréciées :

    La maîtrise de logiciels 3D vous permettant de faire des bases 3D pour vos environnement ou vos personnages.
    Une connaissance d'Unreal
    La pratique du dessin / peinture traditionnelle.
    Il n'est pas nécessaire de répondre à tous les critères pour postuler. Les parcours avec reconversion sont également acceptés.
    INFORMATIONS ADDITIONNELLES
    Poste à pourvoir en CDI dès que possible.
    La rémunération prend en compte le baromètre du SNJV, et de nos grilles de salaires internes.

    Le télétravail est possible à raison de deux jours par semaine (jours fixes pour toute l'équipe), celui-ci n'est pas obligatoire.
    Nos locaux rénovés et bénéficiant d'une grande terrasse sont situés dans le 12eme arrondissement de Paris.
