    Are you ready to join a market-leading company offering Information Services and Solutions for professionals in Accounting, Audit, Tax, and Business? This is a great opportunity for an experienced auditor with excellent technical knowledge and writing skills to become part of a dynamic Audit and Accounting (A&A) author team.

    Job Title: Senior Audit Technical Writer

    Company: Market-Leading Information Services Provider

    Job Purpose:

    The A&A technical writer team is in charge of creating and reviewing content for the A&A segment. They collaborate with commercial, sales, IT, and editorial teams to revolutionize content delivery for maximum client value. The team also provides technical and product training and actively participates in external technical committees, such as ICAEW.

    Day to Day Responsibilities as a Senior Audit Technical Writer:

    • Manage specific audit and practice management products.
    • Support commercial and content partnerships, e.g., with audit software firms.
    • Lead projects to transform content, products, and processes.
    • Research, update, and review authoring work on A&A products, including:
      • Commentary, insights, and analysis.
      • Tools like audit programs, model accounts, and disclosure checklists.
      • Online training materials (podcasts, videos, etc.).
      • Contribute articles for news updates and social media.
      • Expertise in UK GAAP and IFRS, company law, and corporate governance.
      • Provide practice management guides and tools.

    What you bring to the team:

    • ACA, ACCA, FCA, or FCCA qualified.
    • Experience in an accounting practice environment, especially in audit.
    • Strong technical knowledge in auditing, IFRS, UK GAAP, ethics, and risk.
    • Excellent writing and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
    • Proficiency in Excel, Word, IT, and audit software.
    • Interest in media and publishing.
    • Ability to assist clients confidently.
    • Outstanding teamwork and communication skills.
