    About Job:

    As a Facilities & HSE Manager, you will drive a culture of healthy working practices, ensuring a safe and compliant working environment. You will oversee the development and upkeep of facilities to maintain a comfortable and healthy environment within budgetary constraints.

    Main Duties & Responsibilities:

    Health & Safety:

    • Monitor and advise on H&S training and communications
    • Carry out non-production floor new starter H&S inductions
    • Advise on Accident and Near miss data trends

    Facilities (Hard Services):

    • Manage hard services contractors for building compliance
    • Forecast building plant replacement
    • Develop building strategy for an efficient site

    Facilities (Soft Services):

    • Oversee soft services like furniture procurement and cleaning
    • Manage soft service contractors
    • Forecast budgets and replacement program

    About You:

    An ideal candidate will have experience in facilities-based projects, manufacturing environments, and possess knowledge of safe working practices and project management.
