    Senior Compliance Advice Manager Retail Banking / Mortgages
    Wolverhampton (Hybrid, 3 days in the office, 2 days WFH)

    Salary:
    £60k - £70k + bonus + benefits

    Do you want to work for a business that puts governance and customer experience at the heart of everything it does?

    You'll be working for a leading challenger Bank that believes in building trustworthy relationships with its customers, whilst also taking career development seriously for all its employees.

    And you'll be joining a team of 5 within a larger Compliance department of around 50 staff.

    In this newly created role, you'll be focused on supporting and managing projects and programmes of work as part of the Bank's growth strategy.

    You'll deliver effective compliance business partnering in providing structure to Compliance projects (or the Compliance aspects of larger projects) to meet overall project requirements, supporting the ongoing development and enhancement of robust frameworks, documents and tools.

    In addition, you'll contribute to the development and maintenance of the regulatory and conduct risk frameworks, policies and procedures and contribute to the identification, assessment, communication, tracking and reporting of conduct regulatory change matters facing the Bank.

    You'll have gained previous experience in a Compliance Manager role within the banking or mortgage arena and will have a very strong working knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements.

    You'll also have a proven track record of embedding the principles of TCF / Conduct Risk into a business.

    In addition, you will have experience of leading and contributing to Compliance projects and will possess excellent stakeholder management skills.
