    East Riding College is part of the TEC Partnership, which is a large, innovative, dynamic and financially sound organisation.

    We are now offering a fantastic opportunity to join the East Riding College in the role of Work Based Trainer Bricklaying and Civil Engineering.

    Do you want to train, support, and guide a new generation of bricklayers and construction experts? Are you an experienced brickwork teaching or training professional looking for a new challenge? Whichever describes you, we offer flexible hours, a full training package and designated mentor.

    Apprenticeships are key to post covid economic recovery, and our local community needs you

    You will provide high quality and responsive training, support, coaching and mentoring to a caseload of apprentices, developing their knowledge, skills and behaviours and prepare apprentices for End Point Assessment.

    This is an exciting role, within an employer responsive provision which puts community at the heart of its operations.
    Experience of diary management and use of digital platforms are an advantage, although full training will be given.
    All applicants must have the relevant industry experience and qualifications to carry out this role.
