    Role

    This is a fantastic opportunity to join a team that is creating a healthier community for all to enjoy.

    The role of the Fitness Instructor is to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the fitness facilities, and all fitness related equipment.

    Role
    Responsible for all aspects of safe exercise, teaching, fitness programming as well as planning activity programs.
    Communicate effectively in the workplace including regular departmental meetings and participation in club meetings.
    Ensure that the facilities are maintained in compliance with health and safety legislation.
    To co-ordinate and implement motivational programs and extracurricular recreational activities.

    Support the delivery of the healthy community's strategy seeking opportunities to engage new communities driving the commercial and social values targets.

    To ensure that financial and budget targets are met.
    Oversee the fitness/ aerobic timetable ensuring the best instructors for members.
    Manage performance of all class instructor and ensure underperforming classes are review monthly.
