    Description

    We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to be part of our After sales team, based in Hounslow BYD London Office, and will be required to travel.

    Your key responsibilities will be:

    • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, chat, or in person (depending on the role).
    • Effectively listen to customer concerns.
    • Research and resolve customer issues efficiently, utilising company knowledge base and resources.
    • Provide accurate and helpful information regarding our products or services.
    • Process customer feedback.
    • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
    • Escalate complex issues to senior representatives when necessary.
    • Proactively identify and suggest solutions to improve customer satisfaction.
    • Always maintain a positive and professional demeanour.
    • Assist your colleagues in their roles when required and possible.
    • Liaise with the workshop team to keep customers informed on progress
    • Creating job cards for the workshop and engineers
    • Complete daily and weekly spreadsheets.

    Your profile:

    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
    • Ability to build rapport and develop positive relationships with customers.
    • Active listening skills and a genuine desire to help others.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) a plus.
    • Experience with a CRM system (Customer Relationship Management) preferred.
    • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
    • Has right-to-work in the UK.
