    We are on the hunt for an experienced 'Senior Operations Analyst' to come and join our Finance team...

    this could be your opportunity to join the sweet life of HARIBOTo enable HARIBO sugary success, within this role you will provide a clear insight into factory performance, build key relationships within both our finance and factory management teams as well as ensure our business can react quickly to new submission, payback calculations, business cases, pre/post project tracking and the new warehouse buildwith factory improvement projects including; identifying and tracking operational wasteproduction and packing reportingKPI reporting; including BDEplanningsupport with product costings, the annual standard costing process and works expensesa wide range of reporting to support our understanding of business performanceways to improve transparency of numbers reportedpartnerships with all senior managers and their teams whilst also providing financial support to commercial decision makingpre and post calculations to aid with business decisionswith companywide process changes and improvementsout month end actuals, dynamic forecasting, latest business estimates and annual budgetsa wide range of reporting, variance analysis and bridges to support with understanding of business performancewith year-end audits, maintaining involvement with group requests, and completing external reporting where appropriateCan you supply our essential ingredients?We are on the hunt for either a CIMA or AACA qualified Accountant who has experience of working within a large and complex organisation.
