    Description

    It's important that you have experience of driving implementation of "Lean" process improvement within a department to improve operational efficiency by identifying, analysing, and improving processes, and benefit analysis.

    This is a continuous improvement/process improvement role and not a Business Analyst/ Data Analyst role.
    Investigate root causes of analysis using Lean methodologies
    Confidently present information to senior management team
    Excellent organisational and planning skills
    Strong experience & understanding of root cause analysis and lean Methodology

    This role has a blend of home and office-based working, to suit you and the needs of the business which is typically around 2 days per week on-site in Leeds.
