Make your mark by shaping the future to enable or deliver life-changing science to solve some of humanity's greatest challenges.A new opportunity for a HR Assistant to join our HR Business Partnering (HRBP) Team to support several exciting projects and provide a front line service to employees and managers has arisen.
This is a 2 year fixed term role and would offer an opportunity for someone that is keen to pursue a career in HR for the first time, or has some previous experience but is looking to broaden their exposure in a busy HR environment.
About the Role:
You will provide a front-line HR service to employees and managers answering straight-forward queries regarding HR policies and processes, escalating complex issues where appropriate.
Provide support to the HRBP team in terms of ER paperwork, data collation, generation of letters and note-taking.
Work with the HR Managers, Lead HR Partners and HR Advisor to provide accurate information, proactively keep documentation in an organised and easily accessible way.
Support the HRBP team with project work, acting as a coordinator for information and communication.
About You:
Our HR Business Partnering Team provide proactive support and practical guidance to our Leaders and Managers when employee relations issues arise; supporting formal processes, informal procedures and conflict resolution. They also work collaboratively with colleagues in the wider HR team to ensure a joined-up and pragmatic approach, as well as other operational teams to give our stakeholders cohesive and solutions-focused support.
