    Description

    Are you a dynamic, customer-oriented individual with a passion for property? Do you enjoy helping people find their dream homes and guiding them through the exciting process of buying a newly built property? Our client is a reputable and fast-growing residential developer specialising in creating high-quality, modern new-build properties.

    As a New Build Sales Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in our sales team.

    Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service to prospective buyers and guide them through the entire sales process.

    You will work closely with their Sales Manager and other team members to meet and exceed sales targets while ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience for our clients.

    Attend sales meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.
    Previous experience in new build property sales or a related field is preferred.


    • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
    • Flexibility to work on weekends and evenings as required.
    • Proficiency in using relevant computer software and applications.
    • A valid driver's license and access to transportation for property visits.
