    Description

    We are partnered with a leading technology firm driving digital transformation through innovative software solutions. Their technical division specialises in leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure services to deliver cutting-edge solutions that empower businesses to thrive in the digital age.

    Responsibilities: As a D365 CE Functional Consultant, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of their Digital Transformation projects. Responsibilities include:

    • Leading client requirements gathering process, ensuring stakeholder engagement and analysis of business and functional requirements.
    • Advising clients on process improvements and enhancements based on industry best practices.
    • Serving as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, from design to support.
    • Collaborating with project teams to customise, develop, integrate, and extend Dynamics 365 CE and PowerApps to meet client needs.
    • Supporting technology and design teams in identifying challenges and driving continuous improvement.
    • Contributing to client strategies and roadmaps for maximising the usage of Microsoft technologies.
    • Coordinating design requirements with the development team.
    • Configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 to align with client expectations.
    • Authoring high-quality functional documentation, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and business process maps.
    • Facilitating knowledge transfer and conducting user training sessions.

    Experience and Skills: They are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:

    • 5+ years of experience as a Functional Consultant across various industry sectors.
    • Current professional certifications, preferably in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
    • Commercial acumen and a dedication to delivering maximum ROI for clients.
    • Strong leadership abilities, with the capacity to inspire and motivate both team members and clients alike.
