    Description

    As you enter Waeska bar your eye is immediately drawn to the collection of treasured artefacts, objets d'art and priceless artworks, housed behind the expansive labradorite bar.

    The cocktail menu is founded on ethnobotany – the study of a region's plants and their practical uses through the traditional knowledge of a local culture and people.

    Through experimentation and personal research of ancient herbs and botanicals, Waeska offers an evolving menu of cocktails that surprise and tempt.

    We are looking for the best-talented people in town, that can bring their expertise, knowledge, and passion for great food along with their COOL PERSONALITY, STYLE, and CHARACTER and dedication to amazing personalised customer service

    We operate 3 amazing bars across Waeska, our Jurema Terrace and YOPO Mescal Bar and are recruiting for barbacks to join our passionate team, who will have the following:

    • Minimum of 1 year' barback experience
    • Excellent knowledge of bar prep and set up.
    • Previous experience in high-end venues required
    • Have a big personality and enjoy the culture that this industry offers
    • Excellent personal presentation and spoken English
    • Previous experience in high-end venues required
    • Right to work in UK
