- Prepare AML and Player Protection management information for reporting to senior management.
- Ensure actions on customer accounts align with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Stay informed about regulatory changes and provide recommendations for enhancing systems and procedures to mitigate financial risks.
- Review and update AML/CTF Policies and Procedures.
- Deliver AML training, interact with customers via phone and email, and assess financial documents.
- Provide training across departments to enhance AML awareness.
- Communicate with customers, conduct AML investigations, and use Microsoft Office applications proficiently.
- Experience with regulated sectors in iGaming/Online Casino Industry and knowledge of KYC analysis is essential.
