    Job Description

    • Direct and oversee the credit risk management strategy and framework.
    • Identify, assess, and monitor credit risk across the bank.
    • Develop and implement policies and procedures to mitigate credit risk.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to credit risk.
    • Collaborate with other departments to optimise credit risk management.
    • Present risk reports to the board and other stakeholders.
    • Manage the market risk individual

    • Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes within the financial services industry.
      The Successful Applicant
      • A solid educational background in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
      • Extensive knowledge of credit risk management within the financial services industry.
      • Strong understanding of risk management frameworks and regulatory compliance.
      • Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills and the ability to manage a team.
      • Outstanding strategic planning and decision-making abilities.
