    Job Overview

    • Development and execution of risk management and compliance strategies aligned with company and regulatory standards
    • Oversight of comprehensive risk assessments and audits
    • Driving enhancements in risk management and compliance protocols
    • Management of a top-performing team of risk and compliance experts
    • Acting as the key liaison with regulatory bodies
    • Ensuring all business units adhere to regulatory mandates
    • Direct reporting to the board on risk and compliance issues
    • Collaboration with other senior executives to advance company-wide projects

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Demonstrated expertise in a similar senior executive role within financial services
    • In-depth understanding of UK and global regulatory frameworks, SMF 4 knowledge preferred
    • Strong leadership capabilities and experience in strategic decision-making
    • Background in corporate banking, payments, and FX
    • Outstanding communication abilities for interactions with regulatory entities
