    Description
    Director of Civil Engineering

    £90k - £100k plus benefits & bonuses


    Our client, a highly successful, multi-disciplinary engineering firm is looking for their next strategic hire - at Director level They are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Civil Engineering to join their prestigious engineering firm based in London.

    As a Director, you will have the unique opportunity to become an equity partner in the firm, allowing you to share in the company's success and contribute to its long-term vision.

    Provide strategic leadership and direction for the civil engineering division, overseeing all aspects of project delivery, from concept design through to construction and completion
    Leading and mentoring a team of talented civil engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure the highest standards of performance and technical excellence
    Collaborate with other departments within the organization to ensure seamless integration of civil engineering projects with other disciplines such as structural engineering, geotechnical engineering, and environmental engineering
    Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, health and safety standards, and quality control proceduresRequirements:

    A degree in civil engineering or equivalent
    A Chartered Engineer status with a recognized professional engineering body
    Proven experience as a Civil Engineering Director or in a similar leadership role within the engineering industry
    Strong technical expertise in civil engineering, with a track record of successful project delivery across a diverse range of projects
