    We are actively seeking a Software Engineering Recruiter of the highest caliber to augment our stellar team. The ideal candidate will exude a fervent zeal for the art of recruitment, possess the finesse to build lasting relationships, and have a proven history of successful software engineering placements.

    Your Day-to-Day:

    • Sourcing Clients: Proactively engage with potential clients, demonstrating a keen understanding of their needs and positioning our agency as the go-to for delivering exemplary talent.
    • Candidate Acquisition: Utilize your extensive network and recruitment tools to pinpoint and entice software engineering professionals who meet our client's specific requirements.
    • Candidate Management: Oversee the recruitment cycle with finesse, guaranteeing smooth, transparent, and beneficial interactions for all parties involved.

    Compensation and Commitment:

    We value your expertise and time, offering a competitive project rate of Php 38k to 40k with a maximum of 160 hours dedicated per month to revolutionize our client's workforces.
