Position: Chef de Partie
Salary: £16.85 per hour, inclusive of minimum tronc
Working Schedule: Up to 40 hours per week, 5 days out of 7
The Other House is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic CDP who possesses a love for delivering exceptional culinary experiences. This individual must have experience in a supervisory capacity, operating in a commercial kitchen with a focus on creating unforgettable dining moments. We are searching for someone who can deliver innovative dining experiences with a strong emphasis on sustainability and cutting-edge technology. For us, there's 'inside the box', there's 'outside the box', and then there's our Other House Team – passionate, self-motivated, and completely at ease with pushing limits.
The CDP will be accountable to the Head Chef and the Junior Sous Chef on a property level and will assist in ensuring the smooth operation of the kitchen, full compliance with regulations, as well as achieving all objectives, including financial targets, team member performances, and resident/member satisfaction. The CDP will also ensure that the team is motivated and supported.
