- Coordinate with department heads to ensure business cases are prioritized and aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Monitor business case progress against strategic plans and roadmaps, adjusting as necessary to respond to changing business conditions.
- Connect business cases with the full CIO landscape to ensure maximum value and return.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Strategic Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in business case planning, IT investment management, project management, or a related role.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable plans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

The Role
We are seeking an innovative lead for our Business Case role within our Governance and Investments team. Your primary responsibilities will include coordinating business cases across multiple organizations to guide value added investment and activity through Kyndryl's CIO organization . You will work closely with senior leaders to align activity and investments with business objectives, ensuring that all projects and programs driving value.
