We are seeking an experienced, team-orientated DEI manager with a fervent interest in advancing our diversity, equity, and inclusion aspirations. You will have a demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and translate DEI data into meaningful evidence to inform our strategy, operating within a highly matrixed organization.

In this role, you will partner with senior leaders on the PGIM DEI team, as well as colleagues in the PGIM affiliates, HR, communications, and marketing. We need a detail-oriented critical thinker with an ability to move fast, navigate ambiguity and collectively make an impact across PGIM. If you are a person who is an experienced DEI manager, operating across multiple jurisdictions, with intellectual curiosity and strong communication skills, then this is the role for you

    What you can expect

    • Working closely with the HR Analytics team to analyze DEI data and information to gather valuable insights for managers and leaders, to inform our DEI strategy and create plans for change.
    • Developing and managing our approach to track DEI-related key performance indicators across PGIM and its affiliates and assist in communicating them to drive continuous improvement. These indicators would contribute to an annual DEI impact report to senior stakeholders across PGIM.
    • Collaborating with PGIM affiliates and Human Resources to support the client Request for Proposal (RFP) process – this includes partnering with HR data and affiliate client management teams to provide fulsome responses to DEI inquiries in client RFPs.
    • Supporting the Head of DEI Strategy & Industry Engagement in responding to additional internal and external DEI data requests (both quantitative and qualitative), for example for management information reports, industry benchmarks, pay gap reporting, diversity charters and other regulatory attestations.
    • Partnering with the Head of DEI Strategy & Industry Engagement to advance the priorities of the PGIM European DEI Council – this includes collaborating with European HR colleagues and regional affiliate-led inclusion councils – documenting feedback and assisting with preparation of internal and external presentations.
    • Supporting senior leaders on the DEI team to design and deliver programmes that increase employee engagement and support underrepresented groups, including the coordination of regional heritage month celebrations and other regional initiatives.
    • Maintaining a database of relevant industry research and surveys, serving as the "go to" resource for PGIM and industry DEI intelligence.

    What you will bring

    • Experience of translating complex DEI data into meaningful narratives that will inform our DEI strategy and decision-making.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy
    • Experience of working in DEI roles within large and complex organizations
    • Proven track record of facilitating large initiatives with multiple senior stakeholders.
    • Strong communicator - written and verbal - and exceptional at collaborating with colleagues at all levels.
    • Learning mindset with a clear interest in being curious and creative, and a capacity to quickly absorb new concepts.
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, yet also be a team player.
    • Financial industry experience a plus, passion for initiating action-oriented DEI solutions a must

    What will set you apart?

    • Strategic thinking and solution ideation, with evidence of having originated and implemented DEI initiatives across a range of audiences and jurisdictions.
    • Experience of leveraging behavioral insights to facilitate culture change, with capability to measure the impact of such initiatives.
