    Description
    My client is a fast moving and innovative regional firm who are seeking an Audit Manager to join them.

    They're a leading provider of financial services and pride themselves on the advice they give to both business and private clients.

    The role will be based in my clients Ipswich office.

    You will play a key role in the management and strategy of the Audit Department, helping to shape the future of the Audit team by supporting its growth and development.

    You will have a strong focus on client service having led and delivered high quality and complex audits.

    our people are at the heart of everything my client does and they are looking for an Audit Manager who can really maximise their potential with us.

    Be responsible for managing a client portfolio, performing audit file reviews and providing value added commercial observations and practical solutions on any issues arising

    • Building and maintaining strong client relationships, becoming their go-to person by ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality results
    • Taking responsibility for the financial management of your client portfolio including the control of WIP, billing and debt management
    * coach and develop your team members by sharing knowledge and supporting with their ongoing training and development

    • Support the department and wider firm by participating in external networking events
    • Grow your internal and external network to support your own learning and career development
    Prior experience in managing external audits

    • To be either ACA or ACCA qualified
    • A full driving license and access to independent transport
    • To maintain an internal and external network via strong working relationships with colleagues and clients
    • An understanding of a commercial business and the drivers for success
