    Description

    Are you a compassionate, dedicated nurse looking for a rewarding career? We're looking for a Clinical Lead to join our client's care home team. Our client is a leading care company that truly values kindness and is dedicated to providing the highest level of care.

    As a Clinical Lead, you will enjoy an annual salary of up to £51,182 based on 44 hours a week. You'll also have the opportunity to work with a multi-professional team in a constantly evolving field and make a real difference to the lives of residents and their families.

    As a Clinical Lead, your responsibilities will include:

    • Taking responsibility for a specific part of the home and delivering the highest level of care.
    • Running the home in the absence of the Home Manager
    • Providing mentorship and sharing your knowledge with colleagues.
    • Delivering a person-centred approach to care for the residents and their families.
    • Recognising signs of possible abuse, harm or neglect and knowing how to address these concerns.

    The ideal person for the Clinical Service Manager role will:

    • Be a Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN.
    • Comprehend the standards of practice set by the NMC.
    • Have a passion for mentoring and sharing knowledge with colleagues.
    • Appreciate the importance of effective communication.
    • Advocate for a person-centred approach to care.
