    The core mission of data analytics is to provide actionable insights to all Unmind Teams that drive product and business decisions that build the best version of Unmind.

    As an Analytics Engineer within our team you contribute to this mission by translating business needs into accurate and scalable datasets, uncovering actionable insights through analysis, and, to a lesser degree, building purposeful visualisations within reports that surface relevant trends.

    Own - You will take the architectural lead for the key data models in the company, and guide your team in finding the right balance between technical excellence and delivery of value that brings you closer to your team's North Star.

    Build - You will build high performance and reusable data models for our data warehouse to ensure end-users are performing analysis with data that is accurate and intuitively structured
    Product and Marketing) to identify opportunities for leveraging and expanding the organisation's data assets in order to inform business solutions

    Empower - You will empower teams and decision-makers across the organization by developing sophisticated data models that enable advanced analytics.

    By ensuring these models are both scalable and intuitive, you will facilitate deeper data exploration and analysis, driving insights that inform strategic decisions and operational efficiencies.

    This role is pivotal in enhancing our data-driven culture, encouraging the use of complex analytical techniques to uncover trends, predict outcomes, and guide informed business actions.

    Advanced SQL and dbt skills to clean, transform and validate data from Data warehouses or Data Lakes
    Experience and knowledge in data warehousing and data modelling best practices
    Experience in effectively using Tableau or similar BI reporting tools to provide actionable insights to business teams
    Ability to understand & translate business requirements into analytical projects while building strong relationships with stakeholders
    Experience of working in an agile environment with good data analytics standards (e.g. coding and analytics best practices, PR reviews,...)
