- Ensure that we're compliant with all Health & Safety, BRC, Environmental & Customs Legislation
- Lead the team on rotating shifts and 14:00-22:00)
- Ensure overall product quality meets defined standards, via process, equipment, documentation and training
- Facilitate and lead cross-functional continuous improvement initiatives
- Develop & maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders
- Manage the budget including variable and fixed costs for maximum functional benefit.
- Own & report on the daily, weekly & monthly deliverables (KPI's)
- Demonstrate behaviours in line with our diversity and inclusion aims
- Lead, motivate and develop the team, in line with the Company Values, to maximise employee engagement.
- You're currently working in a Shift Manager or Production Manager/Leader role, and can demonstrate experience of leading and training a team to deliver against a range of targets in fast paced environment.
- You're currently working within FMCG, ideally drinks
- Ability to communicate & influence team members to achieve KPIs
- An analytical problem solver
- Understanding of continuous improvement and lean manufacturing would be very beneficial
