    Job Description: Aesthetician

    Location: Regents Street, London

    Salary: Up to £20 PH plus commission structure

    We are excited to announce the opening of a new clinic in Regents Street, London, scheduled for May 2024. We are currently seeking three talented and dedicated aestheticians to join our team. Both part-time and full-time positions are available.

    Responsibilities:

    • Perform aesthetic treatments and procedures in accordance with company protocols and standards
    • Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction at all times
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and advancements in aesthetics
    • Provide sound advice and recommendations to clients regarding their skincare needs
    • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients
    • Maintain clean and organized treatment rooms and equipment
    • Adhere to all health and safety regulations
    • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay aligned with the company's brand and standard expectations
    • Offer a relaxing and enjoyable experience to clients through the integration of massage and relaxation techniques
    • Demonstrate a deep understanding of dermatology issues and possess the ability to address and treat various skin health concerns

    Requirements:

    • Minimum Level 3 qualification in aesthetics
    • Relevant aesthetics training
    • Strong knowledge of dermatology issues and treatments
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work well within a team and independently
    • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
    • Passion for skincare and beauty
    • Ability to adapt to changing situations and prioritize tasks effectively
    • Flexibility to work both part-time and full-time shifts, including weekends (excluding Sundays)
