Do you have exceptional administrative experience and a passion for learning?


Our client are one of the largest housing associations in the UK servicing over 104,000 homes across London and the Home Counties and they are recruiting for a temporary Administrator to support their Learning and Development team in providing exceptionalcustomer service across the organisation ensuring the yearly training schedule in achieved.


Key Responsibilities::


  • Support the Learning & Organisational Development team to successfully deliver against the yearly training schedule and wider team objectives set by the Head of OD & Culture
  • Complete the daytoday administration of learning activities and initiatives across the organisation, such as booking in training and focus groups, working with multiple stakeholders across the organisation
  • Comanage the Learning & Development mailbox and respond to queries from external suppliers and colleagues, working closely with L&OD team members to ensure a consistent approach
  • Run good admin when raising purchase orders and managing invoices via the Procurement system, for various Learning & Organisational Development activities including training, away days, and qualifications, and ensure our 3rd suppliers and external trainingproviders are paid on time
  • Collate and record evidence and evaluations, maintaining and improving our learning records
  • Build good working relationships with our thirdparty partners and external training providers across Learning, Compliance, and Engagement
  • Maintain our learning environments to ensure data is accurate, suggesting improved ways of working along the way
  • Work with the wider Learning & Organisational Development Administration team to build and improve effective communication to our customers and management of learning events and initiatives
  • Maintain the Learning & Organisational Development intranet pages to ensure content is current, concise, and clear for our colleagues
  • Support our internal Learning Partners to design and deliver training materials where needed, particularly supporting the facilitation of training sessions including setting up training rooms, face to face and virtually
  • Support the Wellbeing Programme and delivery of initiatives such as a Catalyst sports day and various charity events

This is a temporary role until the end of March 2023 but maybe extended at this point and offers hybrid working, 2 days from the office and 3 days from home.
