    We will not only provide you with specialist recruitment training to enable you to reach your financial goals. We will also provide you with skills that will aid you in your life, outside of recruitment.

    In less than a year, we will take you from having no experience or knowledge as a Recruitment Consultant to achieving your earnings potential.

    As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant you will be trained in all the areas below.

    Receive full, structured training, that involves foundation/theory training. Then practical hands on training, alongside an experienced Consultant, to try out and practice your new knowledge and skills.
    Trained to REC best practices.
    Business development.
    Client management.
    Interviewing techniques.
    Writing adverts and candidate generation.
    Time management.
    Lead generation.
    Networking.
    Social media.
    Recruitment and Employment Law.
    Conduct regulations for recruitment and employment.
    Building your own team.
    Leadership.
    Management.
    Running your own P&L.


    Preferred Skills:
    Previous sales experience would be beneficial.
    You must have a good work ethic.
    You must be confident.
    You must be articulate.
    You must have a strong desire to be successful.
