- Lead Generation – Be able to demonstrate capability in generating new leads from a cold start i.e. identifying target customers, identifying contacts, and unlocking introductions and opportunities.
- Sales Enablement – Building selling toolkits for products and services that attract and engage potential customers and can be used by all customer facing resources across the business.
- Selling Skills – Building rapport with potential customers, establishing needs, and being able to work in a way that engages customers and delivers a proposition that they believe in and buy.
- Customer Engagement – Working with customer contacts to ensure they understand their needs, can engage customers, and support them to ensure they have the best product package for their needs.
- Relationship Management - Building relationships and engagement with all levels of stakeholders up to board level, internally and with technical partners
- Communication – Be able to clearly articulate and communicate with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Working in EPOS or Data analytics sector, and have a working knowledge of the Grocery and Convenience sectors.
- Working in product sales roles, with experience in a role that involves lead generation all the way through to customer conversion
