We are looking for a person who has some previous experience of working in the specialty, but we also encourage applications from Senior Nurses or those from other health care environments.
To provide effective patient care whilst working as a member of the nursing team across East Kent Hospitals NHS Trust.
To ensure the maintenance of high standards of patient care in response to service needs.
By working clinically as a member of the nursing team you will work in partnership with the Ward Manger toprovide clinical, professional and managerial leadership for a ward-based team of qualified and non-qualifiedstaff.
The post holder will be required to deputize in the absence of the Ward Manager and ensure a positivepatient experience through the delivery of high standards of patient care.
