    Description

    Our Requirement:

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in supervising civil projects, preferably in construction or infrastructure development.
    • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
    • Valid certifications in safety standards and regulations, including:
    • SA002 Safety Underground
    • Manual Handling (online certification)
    • SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme)
    • NRSWA Unit New Roads and Street Works Act)
    • C+G Level 2 Award in Working in Medium Risk Confined Spaces (Top Man/Entrant or equivalent.

    Position Overview:

    • We are seeking a competent and experienced Civil Supervisor to oversee and manage subcontractors involved in various civil projects, ensuring adherence to safety standards and project specifications. The ideal candidate will have a background in telecommunications network infrastructure or related fields, coupled with a minimum of three years of relevant experience.

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Supervise and manage subcontractors engaged in civil projects, ensuring work is carried out efficiently and according to project plans.
    • Monitor and enforce compliance with all safety standards and regulations, including but not limited to SA002 Safety Underground, Manual Handling (online certification), SSSTS, NRSWA Unit 10-15, and C+G Level 2 Award in Working in Medium Risk Confined Spaces (Top Man/Entrant
    • Provide leadership and guidance to subcontractors to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to project timelines.
    • Coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders to communicate project progress, issues, and resolutions effectively.
    • Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits to identify and address potential hazards or non-compliance issues.
    • Implement corrective actions as necessary to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
    • Document and report any incidents, accidents, or near misses in accordance with company policies and procedures.
    • Participate in training and development programs to stay updated on industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
