    This is a new role we are introducing to the business, Multi-Site Store Manager,and an excellent opportunity for you to shape the role and make it your own.

    At least 1 year of retail management experience,
    Proven stakeholder management,
    Flexible mindset,
    Good organisation and planning
    Overseeing the management of 2 stores,
    Driving sales and customer service,
    Training and development of staff,
    Inventory management,
    Retail operations,
    Maintaining store standards and cleanliness.
    Encourage your team to bring reusable water bottles to work.
    ~ Ensure the responsible use of water to minimise wastage.
    ~ Ensure colleagues are implementingour recycling processes in the store.

    Store locations are Haywards Heath and Horsham .

    This is a permanent, 38-hour-a-week contract., working across the weekincluding Saturdays (Saturday and Sunday during our peak season) based on a team rota.
