- Manage and oversee the Electronics Hardware team responsibilities.
- Lead a group of engineers in the development and maintenance of car electronic systems.
- Contribute technical insights to electronics systems architecture and progress.
- Create detailed technical documentation for operational procedures and updates.
- Ensure compliance of electronic systems with FIA regulations.
- Handle and resolve electronic system issues efficiently.
- Offer technical support internally and externally.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Collaborate with suppliers and technical partners effectively.
- Hold a degree in a relevant field (Engineering/Electronics) or equivalent.
- Extensive experience in designing high-level motorsport wiring harnesses and electrical systems.
- Proficient in developing low-volume prototype electronic circuits.
- Familiarity with motorsport data logging systems, particularly F1 SECU.
- Knowledge of automotive electronic systems, CAN, and sensing technologies.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and leadership capabilities.
- Ability to execute tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Experience in team management and leadership.
- Effective communication with key stakeholders and directors.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in IT tools like MS Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
