    Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teachers - Primary & Secondary


    Exciting Opportunities in Bedford, Luton, and Dunstable - Alternative Provision (AP) Schools for ages 3 to 1- Long Term and Permanent Positions - MPS1 to 6 (£145.55 to £195.

    77 per day)

    Are you a skilled Primary, Secondary, or SEN Teacher seeking a new role, starting immediately or in January? Are you eager to make a difference by working in Alternative Provision, supporting students who face challenges in mainstream settings?

    Key Points:

    SEN Teachers Needed from Primary and Secondary Backgrounds
    Immediate and January Starts - Schools in Bedford, Luton, and Dunstable
    Teaching in Alternative Provision with Small Class Sizes (2 to 4 students)
    Long Term and/or Permanent Roles - MPS 1 to 6 (£145.55 to £195.77 per day)
    No Prior SEN School Experience Required - Full Training and Development Provided

    About the Schools:

    Situated across Bedfordshire, this outstanding Multi Academy Trust is expanding annually based on its exceptional performance. The schools cater to students aged 3 to 19 facing various behavioural issues. With small class sizes (maximum of 4 students per group), individualised support is provided. Success for these students includes reintegrating into mainstream schooling, achieving strong exam passes, or pursuing work-based placements.

    Teachers in these schools come from diverse backgrounds, sharing a passion for helping students rediscover or develop a love for learning.

    Role Requirements - SEN Teachers:

    Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or unqualified Teacher with a master's level qualification from any background (Primary, Secondary, or SEN).
    No prior SEN/AP School experience required - comprehensive training and support provided.
    Flexible teaching approach - most teachers cover a range of subjects.
    Desire to work with disaffected students facing various behavioral issues.
    Comfortable working in small class settings with the support of an experienced Learning Support Assistant (LSA).
