    Description

    Gymkhana Fine Foods is a range of premium Indian pantry staples aimed to re-imagine and elevate Indian cooking at home.

    It's born from the kitchen of two-star Michelin restaurant, Gymkhana in Mayfair, London and is fast creating a new category of premium Indian at home.

    Since Gymkhana first entered the London dining scene ten years ago, it has transformed the way UK diners view Indian cuisine, maintaining its Michelin star every year and recently being awarded a 2nd Michelin star in 2024.

    While the restaurant reimagined Indian dining out, we are here to reimagine Indian cooking with our pantry collection (of cooking sauces, marinades, and condiments) and meal-kits where consumers can enjoy the same taste, and rich depth of flavour.

    The business has grown exponentially in just the first 6-months, landing listings in Whole Foods Market, Ocado, Selfridges and recently launched a concession and rotisserie residency in the iconic Harrods Food Hall.

    With impressive financial backing from world's leading F&B investors and expansion plans in the UK, Middle East, and USA in 2024/25, we are looking for an exceptional commercial manager to help create and execute a unique proposition which disrupts the category.

    This is a full-time hybrid role as the Social Media & Partnerships Manager at Gymkhana Fine Foods in Greater London.

    As the Social Media & Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies, managing social media platforms and campaigns, and building partnerships with relevant influencers and brands.

    You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging content, monitor performance, analyze data, and optimize social media presence. This role offers flexibility for remote work.
    Create best-in-class organic social/media content across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn and schedule using our planning tool, SocialPilot.
    Lead the monthly content planning across all platforms.
    Manage influencer, creator and brand partnerships strategy and execution including outreach, content hooks, planning, reviewing content, and measuring KPIs
    Daily community management and social listening.

    Collaborate on video and photo shoots in support of key themes and storytelling, in collaboration with the brand team, videographers and photographers.

    Generate top-line weekly marketing reports on performance, learnings, and optimisations, and monthly in depth reports with deeper analysis.
    Stay up-to-date on social trends and identify real-time marketing opportunities.
    4+ years of demonstrated success in brand and social marketing ideally in high growth CPG brands
    ~ Min 1-2 years' food content marketing experience in CPG, eCommerce, and/or a high- growth brand
    ~ Highly organized with exceptional project management and ability to work wide + deep across the integrated marketing stack
    ~ Expert-level experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Shopify, Klaviyo, Excel, Google Analytics, Google Drive, social media analytics
