    As Business Intelligence Team Leader you will be a part of team of 12 highly skilled professionals scattered across EMEA&UK and globally BI team in total around ~150.

    Some of your daily responsibilities will consist of :

    Direct line management of ~6 business intelligence professionals: day to day management, work prioritization, upskilling and coaching, goal setting and development planning and performance managementDealing with stakeholder escalationsassisting the regional leaders with shaping the future BI roadmapBeing the liaison between the consumers/ops teams and the internal BI teams such as regional or data engineering teamsLeveraging an agile work environment to incorporate new innovative and value add components to existing portfoliosEnsuring data governance principles and guidelines are being metWhat you will need to bring in:At least 5 years of experience in MI/Business Intelligence/Data Science/Analytics, at least 2-3 years as Team LeaderFluent English is mandatory, any other European language is nice-to-have but not essentialAbility to create meaningful insights and metrics that aligned to business priorities and objectivesData visualisation preferred; ability to interpret data and translate it to non tech peopleKnowledge of database modelling principles, at least intermediate SQL and data managementPrevious BI experience in recruitmentAnalytics experience along with knowledge of tools like Power BI or Tableau or other visualization toolsWhat we are happy to offer you:Fitted to your needs on boarding programBuilding an amazing career in the global corporation with multi-country businessTotally remote from UKExcellent development opportunities including different paths dependable on your preferencesExtensive benefits packageGreat team and manager who will help you to grow and with career developmentIn case you are interested in applying or if you have any questions, please turn to our Internal Talent Acquisition Partner – Anna Wolszczak at: anna.plWe are an inclusive employer and should you require any reasonable adjustments in order to complete any aspect of the recruitment process, please contact the Internal Talent Acquisition (ITA) team.
