    Revalue supercharges the worldsleading naturebased carbon projects developers. We provide themwith the required technical support and competitive financing to gofrom the initial rapid assessment of potential project areas to thefirst carbon credits issuance and beyond. This is underpinned byour proprietary tech which creates a stepchange in accuracy speedautomation and level ofinsights.

    Tasks

    Whatare the key responsibilities of therole

    As an Acceleration Associateyour role will be integral to Revalues objective of developing thehighest quality carbon projects.

    Were not justlooking for someone to manage operations; were seeking a dynamicindividual with a proven track record in driving special projectsdemonstrating strategic thinking and initiating transformativechange. You will be focused on identifying challenges anddelivering solutions to help Revalue accelerate and unlock scale.You will be part of the Acceleration team working across the entireorganisation and engaging a wide range of stakeholders acrossdifferent teams to drive change.

    Our idealcandidate is a selfstarter capable of delivering against multiplepriorities and managing multiple work streams effectively andseamlessly. You are curious datadriven analytical while also agreat communicator. You have high EQ and are excited by theopportunity to drive impactful change across our org andbeyond.

    This role would ideally suit someone froma consulting background or who has previous start upexperience.

    This role is fully remote and wouldbe ideally based in the UK GMT/2 time zone preferred. Otherlocations in a similar time zone would also be considered forexceptional candidates.

    What youwill do:

    • Identifyingproblem solving and implementing solutions to streamline operationsaccelerate change and unlockscale
    • Collaborating with teams across theorganisation to understand their challenges develop solutions draftan implementation plan design pilots and roll outdelivery
    • Engaging a wide range of stakeholderswhen diagnosing drafting and deliveringchange
    • Effectively and clearly communicatingupdates timelines and potentialroadblocks
    • Providing ongoing support andtraining to stakeholders ensuring a smooth transition and adoptionof new processes
    • Monitoring and evaluating theeffectiveness of implemented solutions making adjustments asnecessary to drive continuousimprovement

    Requirements

    WhatYou Bring to theRole:

    • Proven experiencein operations management and process improvement preferably inconsulting or a productled organization
    • Trackrecord of successful project and/or changemanagement
    • Strong analytical skills with theability to identify problems evaluate data and develop effectivesolutions
    • Strategic thinking skills with theability to envision longterm goals and devise innovative approachesto achieve them
    • Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships andinfluence stakeholders at all levels
    • Ability towork independently and collaboratively in a fastpaceddeadlinedriven environment
    • Driven by a sense ofpurpose and a desire to make a tangibleimpact
    • Evidence that you can work in remoteteams are a selfdriver with a willingness to take initiative andcommitted to continuous improvement and highperformance within acomplex and fastgrowing sector
    • Excited to bepart of an international remoteworking team with a proven abilityto function effectively within diverse culturalenvironments
