    Master Data Manager
    Permanent Position – Hybrid Work (2 days remote)
    Location: Kegworth (with occasional travel to Bridgwater site every 2 weeks with expenses covered)
    Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:30 am – 5 pm, Friday 8:30 am – 4 pm

    Key Responsibilities of the Master Data Manager:

    • Lead the UK Systems Data Team
    • Ensure precise recording of materials and products in relevant IT systems
    • Maintain data accuracy and timeliness
    • Develop and manage Technical and Quality Management databases aligned with business requirements
    • Ensure availability and adherence to internal document control procedures
    • Offer system support during audits to uphold satisfactory standards
    • Collaborate with the Head of Technical and Quality Management to enhance Technical data maintenance
    • Promote team development and establish a skills enhancement succession plan
    • Oversee the group's technical agenda, drive quality enhancement initiatives, and deliver the technical annual review
    • Foster a collaborative environment within technical and operations teams to achieve Refresco's technical objectives

    About You:

    • Inspirational team leader with a clear vision enabling team members to thrive
    • Previous experience in an influential technical/quality role
    • Demonstrated operational experience, with exposure ideally in a fast-moving consumer goods setting
    • Familiarity with modern manufacturing methodologies
    • Innovative and entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in food and beverage sector and quality systems
    • Flexibility to travel to and stay at our Bridgwater site every 2 weeks for approximately 3 days with expenses covered
