    We are seeking a Social Value Manager to help manage our commitment to and delivery of social value outcomes for our clients.

    The role will also work closely with our Head of Corporate Sustainability and our Community Programme Manager, who are responsible for JLL's own social value impacts.

    Collect and share best practice social value approaches across the UK business, maintaining a central hub of up-to-date information to be accessed by all colleagues.

    Advise on social commitments at contract tender stage, optimising our approach and supporting maximum social impact through our client contracts.

    Work with contract teams as required to undertake local needs analysis, identifying the most socially impactful activities to support the communities we work in.

    Help coordinate social value activities to be delivered by contract teams, working with the Community Programme Manager to align contract deliverables with our corporate social value activity, and coordinating with external partners.

    An experienced social value professional with a passion to support sustainable communities, you will have a good understanding of the drivers and solutions to deliver social impact in the built environment.

    You will be an effective communicator at all levels with strong interpersonal skills, demonstrate strong project management skills and the ability to work under pressure to deadlines.

    A pro-active approach to identifying, coordinating and driving socially impactful projects, and an appetite to engage with multiple stakeholders to deliver results.

    ~ Experience of undertaking local needs analysis and identifying impactful social value activities.
    ~ Experience of upskilling and presenting to and with colleagues, creating internal and external sustainability communication content.
    ~ Strong project management skills with an ability to take ownership of a broad range of responsibilities and drive projects forward with a degree of autonomy.
