- Ensure the maintenance and enhancements of budgetary control in yourareas of responsibility, including liaising with budget holders tocontinually monitor spend to budget and performance against target.
- Work with the Finance team to ensure that fixed asset records areaccurately accounted for and maintained, including any automation.
- Provide a Finance Business Partner service and liaise with relevantmanagers across the business to improve financial accountability andprovide relevant information for decision making and business needs.
- Produce monthly budget and other ad-hoc reports, and ensuringbudgetary controls are subject to continuous improvement.
- Have a good oversight of the treasury management function.
- Ensure monthly reconciliations of all internal controls are carried outand supporting documentation is maintained.
- To work with the team in facilitating effective internal audit and externalaudit as well as ad hoc consultancy reviews as required.
