    Description

    You might've seen us on Netflix or know that we're the only American-owned team on the Formula 1 grid, but we're also more than that.

    At Haas, you'll be involved in many different areas of the team, an assortment of projects and plenty of hands-on experience while collaborating with some of the best minds in the world.

    Responsible for receiving good's in, receipting into the ERP system, ensuring parts are conforming to company requirements, picking & packing parts while adhering to parts policies, guidelines and procedures.

    When required you will be expected to travel to events to work under the direction of the Stores & Parts Team Leader guaranteeing a professional parts service.

    Work with other stores, logistics and parts coordinators to create an auditable and accurate store department, conducting accurate receipting and picking to guarantee accurate stock control and accountability for stock movements.

    Ensure the data entry into the ERP system is complete and correct between digital and physical.
    Support loading and unloading of freight requirements alongside the logistic team.

    Education and Work Experience:
    Must have a valid driver's license and meet liability/casualty insurance requirements.
    Good computer skills, ideally with experience of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Excel, Power Bi, Outlook and Teams.
    Good knowledge of race car part and assemblies; Solid computer knowledge, preferred experience in Microsoft Office, D365 products.
    Forklift license would be preferable.
    Ability to follow complex regulations related to shipment of materials and facility maintenance requirements.

    The role may require occasional domestic & international travel and a willingness to work long and flexible hours including weekends.


    Work environment includes machinery, race cars, 7-post and other rigs, grinding debris, and hazardous fluids.
