    Description

    Venn Group is working with a renowned broadcasting corporation to recruit for a Presentation and Media Planner on a 3 months interim contract.

    The successful postholder will be responsible for co-ordinating, managing and timing the relevant components of the presentation schedule.
    Key responsibilities of the role:
    End-to-end responsibility for the presentations schedules
    Ensure schedules are compliant in line with relevant local regulations
    Support the wider team in preparing schedules, sending draft schedules and running reports
    Ensure the appropriate versions of programmes are schedules according to their published transmission time
    Manage schedule amendments, including last-minute changes
    Responsible for accurate entry of all promotions and versions into a central database
    Ensure schedules are optimised for commercial minutage and liaise with external commercial sales houses
    Work with the Media Planning team to accurately deliver media plans containing promotions, continuity and on-screen graphics, maximising effectiveness of campaigns
    Liaise with all internal and external data & media suppliers.
    Occasionally provide out-of-hours cover for all linear channels


    Ideal candidate profile:
    Experience using a channel management or scheduling system
    Experience or demonstratable knowledge of Video On Demand media and platforms
    Excellent communication and influencing skills, with ability to liaise with internal teams and external suppliers
    Effective time management
    Excellent data management and attention to detail

    Rate:
    £300-£350 a day paid via an Umbrella company
    Working hours: 35 hours a week

    Working pattern:
    On site for first week, and then hybrid (2-3 days a week in the office)
