    You could make a real difference in the lives of people who might just need that bit of support and encouragement to take huge steps forward in their lives.

    This exciting opportunity offers the postholder the chance to work in a great charity, alongside people who really care about their staff and the people the are there to support.


    As a key member of the team, you will work to support people not only to gain skills and qualifications to help them on their employment journey, but equally to support wellbeing, confidence and outlook.

    This will be achieved by working with each person, in group and individual settings, supporting them in a way that respects their choices and ambitions.

    You'll be someone who can work creatively and positively with people from all backgrounds and who may have experienced many challenges, with an ability to think differently and proactively.

    You'll be great at connecting with the local community, with employers and training providers and other organisations that can offer support in line with what your participant wants.

    No two days will be the same.

    You'll also be someone who can work well with others internally, offering support to others in the team and playing your part in the development of the charity.

    You'll bring your skills to the team but will learn a lot too.

    You'll be organised, used to meeting deadlines, carrying out administrative and finance related tasks and have a general good understanding of delivering goals set out in a project.

    You'll also have the opportunity to contribute to future funding bids and will be able to demonstrate the impact of the work you do.
