    Job Description

    The City Recruiter is supporting a niche law firm located in Manchester with a focus on Property, Civil & Consumer Law, and Dispute Resolution. The firm is committed to providing the highest levels of service to their clients. The firm uses Proclaim case management system.

    We are seeking a talented and experienced Commercial Property and Commercial Solicitor to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial property law, with the ability to handle a wide range of commercial legal matters.

    This role involves providing legal advice to a diverse clientele, managing transactions, and contributing to the firm's business development.

    Key Responsibilities:


    • Handling a variety of commercial property matters including leases, acquisitions, disposals, and property finance.


    • Advising on a range of commercial legal issues such as contracts, mergers, acquisitions, and business structuring.


    • Handling Business sales.


    • Conducting legal research and providing clear, concise legal advice to clients.


    • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements and documents.


    • Representing clients in negotiations and transactions.


    • Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.


    • Contributing to the firm's business development and networking activities.

    Qualifications:


    • Qualified Solicitor in the UK with at least 3 years of experience in commercial and commercial property law.

    • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.


    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


    • Strong organisational and time-management skills.


    • Commitment to delivering high-quality legal services.
