- Providing mentoring and support to help students build confidence, overcome challenges, and break down barriers to learning.
- Monitoring student progress and adjusting teaching strategies as needed to ensure academic and socialemotional growth.
- QTS (QTLS), PGCE or Bachelor's degree in Education, Special Education, or related field. (Previous experience working with children and young adults with SEN, including knowledge of various learning disabilities, developmental delays, and behavioural challenges. (Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting the educational and emotional needs of children with SEN.

New Way Tuition Limited is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Outreach Tutors.As an Outreach Tutor, you will play a vital role in providing education and mentoring to students who do not attend mainstream education due to reasons such as SEN, SEMH, or risk of permanent exclusion.
This is a deeply rewarding role with abundant job satisfaction, involving one-to-one and group sessions in subjects including basic Maths, English, PSHE, interventions, and mentoring, conducted at pupils' homes, local libraries, and schools.
Candidates should possess a strong understanding of Literacy and Maths, alongside experience working with children, including those with SEND. We are seeking a passionate and dedicated SEN Worker to join our team.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education, with experience working with children and young adults with a variety of SEN.
