Your skills in adapting and creating the right approach for the individual will help the person with learning disabilities, your clinical colleagues, and paid/family carers to get the best outcome from their hospital admission. You will be working closely with the Safeguarding Teams and Senior colleagues to develop and progress the Hospital Improvement Standards embedded into the Learning Disability Action Plan. You will be working with Junior colleagues in the team and provide leadership and clinical supervision.
