    Description

    A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Manager/Administrator to join a successful Estate & Lettings Agency based in Brighton.

    You will be joining a small but highly effective team at an established Estate & Lettings Agency based in the Brighton area.

    We have seen substantial growth over the last 5 years and are looking for an experienced person to join our team to continue that growth.

    Working alongside the branch manager, you must have experience within the Residential Lettings sector (preferably in Residential Property Management) and should be looking for the opportunity to develop your career within a highly successful lettings business.

    The ideal candidate with have experience in all aspects of the property management service including negotiating renewals, tenancy deposits, property inspections and liaising with all relevant parties throughout the process.

    For this position, you will need to prove your excellent industry knowledge and outstanding organisational skills, demonstrate strong communication skills, and show your confidence in terms of dealing with clients, tenants, suppliers and contractors.


    Skills:
    The skills required for this role will include:Previous experience in Property ManagementHigh level of customer service skillsExcellent telephone mannerSelf
    • Motivated and efficientConfident team playerPositive, professional and customer focused with an ability to build relationships.
    Willing to keep up to date with training and relevant legislations.
    Full UK driving license is essential.
