    We're currently recruiting for a Senior Site Manager to join our Chiltern division, based at our exciting development in Milton Keynes.

    Experience of traditional build and apartment blocks would be highly advantageous.

    What does it take to be a successful Senior Site Manager at Crest?To carve yourself a career as a quality Senior Site Manager with Crest, you'll be a proactive and supportive Manager to your teams and the subcontractors who supply you.

    It is paramount that you are a strong relationship builder to ensure quality workmanship and collaborative problem-solving when faced with challenges and preventing reoccurrences.

    You will work closely with other departments in the region as part of the development and construction phases, this is not an isolated role but a key central point in the delivery of quality homes.

    We believe communication and good leadership get the job done – your team will need your guidance and direction so that you can work together to reach your targets and reap the benefits and recognition in delivering an outstanding final product.

    The role requires a level of resilience and drive to deliver to the build programme both on budget and to deadlines.

    You will be naturally motivated to do so and will never compromise on finishing of the product.

    As a Health and Safety Ambassador, you will ensure your site set up and operations are consistently in line with both Crest and industry standards and practices, from the moment you step onto site, through to the final handover of keys to a property.

    You will have at least 4 years' experience of Management experience, mixed with your tools and trades knowledge in any specialised area.

    You'll also need experience in building traditional homes of minimum 50 units per development, with a consistent track record of completing projects.
