Permanent, Full Time, Term Time plus INSET days

One of the greatest challenges facing successful candidates for this role is ensuring clear, unequivocal consistency of standards and expectations that are in line with our school's core values by working closely with the Pastoral Team to secure excellent outcomes for students.
Post Purpose;
• To raise standards of achievement for all our students by ensuring no child is invisible
• To lead the provision of effective care, guidance and support within and across our houses
• To be the SEND lead for the team and work in close liaison with the SENDCO to ensure needs are met
• To prioritise the behavioural and emotional wellbeing of students within and across our houses in order to ensure students access the curriculum and make progress by minimising distractions
