- To develop and manage systems for the monitoring and tracking of students out of lessons

Description
A large secondary school close to central Birmingham are looking to add a pastoral lead to the team to support children who have faced academic and social barriers.
This role requires a Pastoral Lead who is an excellent communicator and understand the challenges that young people face.As a pastoral Lead at this school, you will be providing support across Key Stage 4, delivering 1-2-1 intervention sessions and supporting teaching staff with classroom management.
This school has outstanding leadership and you will be joining an experienced and proactive team of Pastoral Leads. This role requires precious experience as a Pastoral Lead, Head of Year or Behaviour Lead within a school setting.The role is full time and looking for someone to start ASAP.
